“The Power Of One” during COVID-19 pandemic

Nagpur, 11th September 2020– The rapid increase of COVID-19 has been more than a human crises for literally everybody in this world. We have seen countless generosity and humanity stories providing essential needs amid such pandemic. One such NGO in Nagpur is worth appreciating for working days and nights to provide a helping hand to the less privileged people of and around the city.
The Power of One Welfare Foundation is a Non Governmental Organisation of Nagpur, registered with a belief to promote one plus one can help be two and two can help progress human race. This NGO is been actively working on social issues like women empowerment, gender equality, child education, clean and safe drinking water for all etc in and around the city. The founders of this NGO, Mr. Ajay Bagdi and Mrs. Shilpi Bagdi have been providing extraordinary help and charity to help during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Founder of Power of one NGO, Mrs. Shilp Bagdi says, “Doing good deeds in such worst scenario will only return good for you. We are helping people by donating them food kits, providing financial help and are making them aware for this pandemic. We are providing medicinal help at the doorstep of people. This is the time to be kind, to show humanity and understand the people by helping as much as possible. Spread awareness, be kind.”
Expressing their concern over citizens not being able to cope through the pandemic, the couple have distributed and donated food kits that include Rice, Dal, Wheat flour, spices, potato, onion, oil and sugar. Various places of Nagpur iclude Wadi road, Mohan nagar slum area. Khapri metro station, Indira Mata Nagar, Ambedkar Square, Walmiki nagar, Raja Baksha mandir, Yadav nagar, Sahakar Nagar, etc.
